The mission of CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield is to provide health benefit services of value to customers across the region comprised of Maryland, Delaware and the National Capital Area. To fulfill this mission, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield commits to offer a broad array of quality, innovative insurance plans and administrative services that are affordable and accessible to their customers.
In January 2006, CareFirst was exploring how to showcase its partnerships with the non-profit community and bring attention to its effort to expand access, affordability, quality and safety in healthcare. Profiles was hired to conceptualize and manage event services for CareFirst’s annual CareFirst Commitment celebrations.
Profiles has assisted CareFirst in planning and executing annual anniversary celebrations of its CareFirst Commitment initiative in Annapolis, MD; Washington, D.C.; and Falls Church, VA. Profiles’ event planning services on behalf of CareFirst include:
