As social media manager, Tabitha is responsible for developing and implementing strategic campaigns for clients’ social media platforms that align with each client’s marketing and communications strategies. Using her vast experience and knowledge of social media, she creates content and editorial calendars for various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Snapchat and leverages that content to grow audiences and increase engagement. She implements the strategies while regularly evaluating the success of the social media efforts and adjusting the strategy as needed.
Tabitha brings more than 10 years of social media and traditional public relations experience to Profiles, and has worked with such brands as Bombay Sapphire Gin, NBC, Joe’s Jeans, Wil.i.am, and The Guild. Most recently, she was with Laundry Service in Los Angeles, California where she was a social media manager for the FOX Broadcasting Company. At Laundry Services her responsibilities included developing, writing and editing social media content for multiple shows such as Bones, New Girl, The Simpsons, and the record-breaking return of The X-Files. Her expertise is social media strategy, and she is proficient in many different social platforms as well as podcasting and blogging.
Tabitha has won numerous awards for her involvement in podcasts including “Best Produced” and “Best Movie” at the Podcast Awards in 2007, and the Podcasting Peer Award for “Best Audio Drama” and “Exceptional Podcaster” in 2008.
Tabitha graduated from Moody Bible Institute in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in communications and, in 2012, went on to earn a Masters of Art in Creative Writing and a Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Wilkes University.
