Jim is the director of marketing and strategy at PROFILES. A longtime veteran of the marketing world, Jim began his career as a copywriter and rose through the ranks to creative director and eventually took the helm of one of the most influential advertising agencies as CEO of Doner & Co. His clients have included BP, Chiquita, Arby’s, Ford Dealers, Klondike Ice Cream, Johns Hopkins Medical, and Verizon, among many additional multinationals, cultural institutions, nonprofits, emerging tech companies, sports teams, and other organizations. Jim is also the author of several books, most prominently The Power of Nice – Negotiating So Everyone Wins, Especially You. Over the course of his career, he has received numerous accolades, including Clio Awards, the Two Lions from the Cannes Worldwide Festival and Adweek Magazine’s Creative Director of the Year.
